Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registrants of a Michigan Osteopathic Association conference must submit a refund request via email to ttrombley@domoa.org. Requests must be received at least two weeks prior to the start date and will entitle registrant to a full refund less a $50 processing fee. Refund requests received less than two weeks prior to the program will not qualify for a refund of the registration fees.

Program Switching Policy
Requests to switch from a Michigan Osteopathic Association conference to on demand will incur a $50 processing fee if the request is made after the advertised deadline.

Statement of Accreditation

The Michigan Osteopathic Association (MOA) is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians.

AOA Credit Designation Statement
The MOA designates this activity for a maximum of 25 AOA Category 1-A credits and will report CME and specialty credits commensurate with the extent of the physician’s participation in this activity.
